Job description

Business to Business Water Sales Consultant
Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems Inc.
This is an outside sales position, responsible for the sale of drinking water systems and bottle free coolers to commercial establishments such as hotels, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities and any general business establishment. This position will be prospecting for customers using creative methods of sales, referrals, networking, marketing and appointment setting. Sales Representatives have marketing assistance and tools to assist them with prospecting. A positive attitude and the goal to provide ''THE BEST'' solution possible is the key to driving sales in this position.
This is a base plus commission position with a range of $80,000 - $130,000 possible.
This position is based out of our Wisconsin locations.

Qualified candidates should have:
  • Experience with commercial/outside sales with a proven track record.
  • 1 year experience selling a product or service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate leads.
  • Excellent communication, instructiveness, closing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including night and weekend appointments when needed.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record.
  • Background screening required.
  • Previous experience in the water industry or with in-home sales helpful.
  • A good work ethic and good attitude.
