Despite living in a health-conscious region, the vast majority of our community is still bathing in and drinking "raw" municipal water. From the hard water of the South Bay to the chlorine-heavy lines of the North Bay, every homeowner is a potential client, and every home could benefit from the systems we provide. At Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical, we aren't just selling pipes-we are bridging the health gap and improving the lives of our neighbors one drop at a time.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $150,000+ (Option: (Base + Commission) or (Commission Only))

The Role
  • Drive Growth: Profitably sell water treatment systems (softeners, RO, conditioners) and general plumbing upgrades.
  • Expert Consulting: Visit homeowner sites to perform in-field water testing and provide technical recommendations.
  • Lead Management: Expertly manage company-provided leads and cultivate organic referrals.
  • Project Scoping: Create detailed material lists and instructions for our installation teams to ensure 5-star execution.
  • Customer Advocacy: Respond to inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate scheduling/payment to ensure a seamless experience.
Position Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (In-home sales highly preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Water Treatment systems, plumbing piping, and industry standards.
  • Certification: HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) Certification is required (or must be obtainable).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with iPads, smartphones, and industry dispatch software (ServiceTitan/FieldEdge experience is a plus).
  • License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Strong "closing" skills, empathy for the customer, and the ability to work independently.
