What You Will Be Doing:
Develop and manage the commercial and industrial water treatment sales within your assigned sales territory region; develop forecasts, budgets, and strategies, to meet sales goals.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact.
Coordinates and attends regional tradeshows, state and regional shows, and territory seminars.
Overnight Travel = 50% within the territory to meet with prospects and existing customers, tradeshows and conduct customer training.
Who We Want:
If you are experienced and knowledgeable about commercial and/or industrial water treatment systems and are a collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact with customers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred), OR three to five seven years of relevant industrial capital equipment, particularly water treatment, experience in sales, product management, or a related field (required).
  • Possess knowledge of water chemistry, including an understanding of dosing chemicals accurately and troubleshooting water quality issues; understanding of pH, alkalinity, hardness, and chemical reactions in treatment processes.
  • Possess experience and knowledge of Filtration & Membrane Technologies, including experience with sand filtration, reverse osmosis, and membrane systems for removing impurities.
  • Possess experience and understanding of SCADA Systems & Automation, including proficiency in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems for monitoring and controlling plant operations.
