Job description

Water Pump Truck Operator

 

We are currently seeking a skilled Pump Truck Operator to operate a mobile production pump truck, pump production fluid from the well pad production tanks into the pipeline infrastructure, driving the pump truck from well pad to well pad, and connecting hoses from the production tanks to the pump unit, as well as monitoring pressures, tank levels, and flow meters. The individual accepting this role should have a strong technical knowledge, be reliable in attendance, have attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage fluids on assigned pads to efficiently move water from production sites to water infrastructure.
  • Utilize CNX software to enter data of pumping activity, notify Water Transfer Desk of fluid movements.
  • Notify production and water departments of site conditions.
  • Follow CNX work procedures and recommended practices to mitigate risk to health, safety, and environment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize workloads, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill the job responsibilities and meet all job requirements.
  • Regularly communicate with a multidisciplinary team, address issues as they arise, and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, management, and project staff, and adapt to their priorities.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on individual tasks.
  • Make important decisions based on available information and be accountable.
  • Equally effective working independently or in team environments.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, be able to interact with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
  • Ability to complete a DOT physical, background check as well as a drug/alcohol screening.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years related experience.
  • Must be a safety minded individual with leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and proficiently manage a dynamic workload.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • $500+ per day
  • 7 day on / 7 day off rotational position; 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Roaming position in Greene County, PA and Marshall County, WV
