Job Summary
A Water Mitigation Technician is responsible for the daily service of mitigation assignments, New referrals, and existing, as well as customer and manager communications to accomplish their duties.
Responsibilities
  • Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours
  • Communicate daily with the Operations manager/Assistant OPS Manager
  • Maintaining a company-issued vehicle
  • Fleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, Equipment, Consumables, vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app
  • Be available 24/7 when working on-call rotation
  • Communicate daily with customers/Insurance personnel
Qualifications
  • Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) experience a plus
  • Experience working with Insurance claims is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be knowledgeable of Ipad features
  • Must be able to listen and follow directions
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contents
  • IICRC Certifications a plus (WRT/ASD)
