Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City law firm, has an excellent career opportunity available for an experienced water law attorney to join its real estate practice section.
Qualified candidates must have meaningful 10+ years experience in handling matters pertaining to water rights adjudication, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Experience with environmental, natural resources, and corporate law would be helpful. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hardworking, be a good communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to become a member of the Utah Bar.
