Location: San Antonio, Texas
Pay: $70,000 w/ room to grow.

We're looking for an experienced professional tooversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtrationsystems for both residential and commercial properties. This role isideal for a seasoned plumber with strong leadership skills looking tocontribute to a growing company.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring all projectsarecompleted to the highest standard.
  • Overseethe installation, maintenance, and repair of waterfiltrationsystems in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues related to waterfiltration.
  • Ensure that the crew is doing the 1-2installations completeddaily, maintaining high standards ofquality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of allinstallations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Train andmentor junior team members, fostering a collaborativeandefficient work environment.
  • Provide exceptionalcustomer service, addressing any clientquestions orconcerns.

Requirements
