NorthStar Water Technologies is growing, and we're looking for motivated, confident, and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team.


This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than an average sales job. We provide a premium whole-home water filtration solution that solves a real problem for homeowners and we're looking for professionals who know how to connect with people, build trust, and close deals.


HIGH INCOME OPPORTUNITY

Our commission structure is designed to reward performance.


Earn approximately $2,000 - $4,000 PER SALE.

100% Commission based - no Ceiling on your commissions.

Whether you're an experienced closer or a highly motivated salesperson ready to take your career to another level, we want to hear from you.


What you'll do :

- Meet with homeowners and educate them about their home's water quality.

- Demonstrate our water testing and filtration solutions.

- Recommend the right whole-home water filtration system for each household.

- Present financing and payment options.

- Close sales and manage your opportunities from appointment to installation.


Previous experience in in-house sales, home improvement, roofing, solar, HVAC, pest control, windows, alarms, automotive sales, or other in-home sales is a plus but not required.
