Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Communicate with homeowners to understand their plumbing issues and recommend honest, tailored solutions.
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Perform emergency plumbing services with confidence and efficiency.
  • Work with water heaters, sewer lines, drain systems, and water filtration.
  • Log work accurately using our digital system (ServiceTitan).
  • Provide a top-tier customer experience from start to finish.


What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience
  • Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair methods
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Plumbing license or certification a plus (but not required)


Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or awkward spaces
  • Able to walk, stand, crouch, climb, and use tools for extended periods
  • Capable of driving to multiple job sites daily


Compensation & Bonus Potential

  • Guaranteed hourly wage
