TechnicianJob Summary

The Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance, and installations on customer-owned, commercial, and dealer-owned water treatment equipment. This role supports customers through field service work and specializes in the installation and servicing of water treatment systems and plumbing fixtures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess customer-owned equipment and ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure-test pipes, fittings, fixtures, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and other water treatment equipment according to specifications and plumbing codes.

  • Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water softeners, and related systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve installation and service department operations and provide recommendations to management.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.

  • Clearly explain installation and service processes to customers.

  • Demonstrate respect and professionalism while working in customers' homes and businesses.

  • Mentor and assist in training technicians as directed by management.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
