Diality is a medical device company focused on developing solutions to improve lives impacted by kidney disease. Diality offers the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System, a user-friendly, mobile, and connected hemodialysis system designed to maximize clinical flexibility and ease-of-use for both clinical and non-clinical users. The Moda-flx Hemodialysis system combines flow rate capabilities of conventional in-center dialysis devices with a fully integrated reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system to provide a broad range of prescriptions and meet the needs of any professional dialysis care setting.


The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and securing Diality’s IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications. This role works closely with the IT Director and MSP to ensure system reliability and compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Administer servers, cloud services, and identity platforms
  • Manage backups, patching, and system monitoring
  • Support cybersecurity tools including EDR, vulnerability management, and logging
  • Support integrations and system upgrades
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Conduct server patching, OS hardening, and lifecycle management.
  • Configure and support switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and site-to-site networking.
  • Troubleshoot network performance, segmentation, routing, and connectivity issues.
  • Support IP assignments, cabling, rack management, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor and respond to security events, alerts, and vulnerabilities.


Requirements:

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
  • Experience with backup, patching, and monitoring tools
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (FDA, ISO, NIST)
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Strong AWS and Azure cloud experience


Education & Experience

  • 5–8 years of systems administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
