Job description

C. Miller Drilling is looking for Senior Water Well Drillers to join our team!

Requirements Include:

  • Operating and maintaining large mud rotary drilling rigs
  • Operating and maintaining related equipment - forklifts, backhoes, mud systems
  • 3+ years experience drilling/completing Municipal & Community Water Wells
  • Managing drilling crew and project drilling operations
  • Have or be able to promptly acquire Commercial Drivers License
  • Ensure proper and consistent use of safety equipment
  • Positive management of drill crew work and attitude control
  • Strong team building and positive attitude building skills
  • Thinking 2 steps ahead at all times to maintain progress & efficiency
  • Compliance with company policies, guidelines, and expectations
  • Must be able to lift weights over 95 lbs (such as bags of concrete or casing)
  • Work in Texas weather conditions including rain, heat, cold
  • Strong mechanical inclination & skills required
  • Must be able to pass drug screening test with negative result
