Job description

Water Well Driller Assistant

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Water Well Driller Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with water well drilling operations, equipment setup, and job site support.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist drillers with water well installation and drilling operations 
  • Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment 
  • Help operate drilling machinery and support vehicles 
  • Perform general labor and site cleanup 
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies 
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
Requirements:

  • Assist with water well drilling operations and setup 
  • Operate and maintain drilling equipment and tools 
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions 
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting skills 
  • Follow safety procedures and job site regulations 
  • CDL Required (Or, if you are an experienced Driller or Asst Driller)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed 
  • Experience in drilling, construction, or related field preferred but not required 
  • Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
