At our water park, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver a memorable and positive experience for our guests. If you're passionate, positive and hard-working, we'd love to have you join our team!
Part-Time, Landscaping Technician, Water Country USA
What you get to do:
You'll help grow and maintain our beautiful park grounds. This involves performing a variety of ground maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting, pruning, and container maintenance. You will also:
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality of work area
  • Maintain accurate records of activities performed
  • Work through any weather condition, except lightning
  • Practices safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment
  • Provide excellent service to guests and Ambassadors
  • Operate park vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:
  • Basic plant or landscape knowledge
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a park driver's *license preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions
  • Scheduling flexibility-be able to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements

Compensation: 13.25 USD
