DAY TO DAY:
The field service technician position requires a qualified candidate to establish a strong customer base, effectively promote Aqua Clear Water Solutions products to potential clients, and properly maintain specialized water filtration equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for all aspects of preventative maintenance, service, installation, and repair of commercial and household water treatment equipment. Our technicians also upgrade current equipment. Our Service Technicians must have a good driving record, drug screen, and criminal background check; possessing no criminal or violent/theft misdemeanor convictions. A strong work ethic, pride in your work, and the ability to show up on time are required.
Experience:
  • Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Clean Driving Record: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities:
. Conduct yourself in a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers
. Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to utilize iPad & iPhone apps & respond to e-mails/text
. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly (must).

. Provide timely and effective resolution of service issues relating to all residential and commercial customers, including (but not limited to) equipment repair, installations, product deliveries, and upgrades.
. Complete installation and repair/service of water treatment equipment in residential or commercial venues.
. Offer products and services at the time of service to ensure our customers have our best products.
Qualifications:
. High School Diploma or GED
. Clean Motor Vehicle Record
. Experience with troubleshooting(handyman mindset) and use of hand tools a plus(we provide water treatment equipment training)
. Solid verbal communication skills
. Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment including but not limited to: bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting, and pulling (at times over 50 pounds).
. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings required
