ABOUT WINSTON WATER COOLER
Winston Water Cooler is a growing plumbing supply distributor built on strong relationships, reliable service, and a team-first approach. Our branch teams work closely with contractors to keep jobs moving and build long-term partnerships in the markets we serve. We're looking to expand our presence in the Sherman market with the addition of a driven Outside Sales Representative.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships, growing accounts, and developing new business in the local market. This role is a strong fit for someone with plumbing or HVAC wholesale experience who is currently in inside sales or counter sales and ready to take the next step into outside sales. You'll be responsible for managing your territory, staying connected with customers, and working closely with the branch team to ensure execution from order through delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers in the territory

  • Conduct regular job site visits and face-to-face customer meetings

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Support customers with pricing, product selection, and order follow-through

  • Partner with inside sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely execution

  • Stay aware of market activity and competitor presence

  • Represent Winston Water Cooler professionally in the field
