What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

A 'Warm Body' role typically refers to entry-level or temporary positions that may pay around $4,000 weekly with high hours or overtime, such as certain construction, oilfield, or specialized manual labor jobs. These roles often require physical stamina, safety training, or certifications rather than formal degrees, and earnings depend on industry, location, and experience.

What are 'warm bodies' in the context of employment?

In the context of employment, 'warm body' is an informal term used to describe a person who is hired primarily to fill a position with minimal qualifications or skills required. The focus is on simply having someone present to perform basic tasks rather than seeking out a highly qualified or skilled employee. This term is often used in industries or roles experiencing high turnover or urgent staffing needs, such as event staffing, warehouse work, or entry-level labor positions. While it can be a stepping stone for job seekers, the term sometimes carries a negative connotation, implying that the person is valued more for their physical presence than their expertise.
