Warehouse Unloading Supervisor
Bolingbrook, IL
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Unloading Supervisor to oversee daily unloading (lumping) operations in a fast-paced food-service distribution warehouse. This leadership role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating inbound schedules, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient warehouse flow.

  • $1,000 - $1,200 Weekly + Stipend

Schedule
  • Monday - Saturday
  • 4:00 AM - Until Finish (Approx. 12:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise unloading/lumping crew and inbound warehouse operations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas (safety & sanitation required)
  • Coordinate daily inbound schedules and priority loads
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, carriers, and backhauls
  • Ensure timely and accurate unloading and documentation processing
  • Verify load accuracy and proper pallet staging
  • Enforce warehouse safety procedures (trailers, chocks, locks, etc.)
  • Ensure doors are properly secured after load completion
  • Monitor productivity and maintain operational efficiency

Requirements
  • Must be Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisor experience required
  • Experience operating:
    • Electric Rider Pallet Jack
    • Stand-Up Forklift
    • Counterbalance Forklift
  • Experience in unloading/lumping operations preferred
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
