Job description

Warehouse Unloader Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is looking for energetic and dependable warehouse unloader to join our team in Moreno, CA. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout their shift, and being part of a team that helps keep products moving through the supply chain.

No warehouse experience? That's okay. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career.

As a warehouse unloader, you will help unload and move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Unloading products from trailers and containers
  • Sorting and organizing freight
  • Palletizing products for storage and shipment
  • Repacking and preparing freight as needed
  • Auditing and verifying product counts
  • Assisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse
  • General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping
  • Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned

We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, who can work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Dependable attendance and reliability are essential, along with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds regularly, continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures.
