Bubba Smart Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Clamp Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a clamp forklift to move, load, unload, and transport products while also assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a clamp forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including palletizing, sorting, labeling, wrapping, and organizing inventory.
• Load and unload trailers while handling products carefully to prevent damage.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and complete transactions.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a clamp forklift is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred (or the ability to become certified).
• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working throughout an entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
