About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure a safe and efficient work environment, and lead a high-performing team. This role is responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting overall branch performance.

What You'll Do

  • Enforce and maintain all facility safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure proper operation of equipment
  • Identify and resolve safety concerns and operational issues within the warehouse
  • Develop, implement, and improve warehouse operational procedures
  • Cross-train team members across warehouse functions to ensure flexibility and efficiency
  • Monitor attendance and adjust staffing assignments as needed to meet operational demands
  • Measure, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and employee performance
  • Address employee concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive team environment
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed to meet branch schedules and customer commitments
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
