About This Position

***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour***

The Access SecurePak Shipping Associate supports daily outbound warehouse operations. This role focuses on final order preparation and pallet building, including taping boxes, scanning cartons, stacking by facility, and safely wrapping and loading pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, secure environment. This position is a four day, 10 hour shift Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:30pm).

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Tape, seal, and finalize completed order boxes, ensuring all packages meet strict quality and shipping standards before they leave the warehouse.
  • Utilize handheld scanners to scan cartons, verifying order accuracy and enabling precise shipment tracking for outbound freight.
  • Carefully sort and stack boxes by specific facility and destination, strictly following required pallet patterns and stacking guidelines.
  • Build, securely shrink-wrap, and accurately label pallets to prepare high-volume outbound shipments for carrier pickup.
  • Maneuver and load finished pallets into designated shipping and staging areas, ensuring all loads are stable, secure, and ready for safe transport.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shipping department while strictly following all Access SecurePak warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Step in to assist with general warehouse associate duties, order fulfillment, and other operational tasks as assigned by the management team.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • Required qualifications
    • Must be 18 years old or older.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
    • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and stacking product.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Preferred qualifications
    • Previous shipping, warehouse, or palletizing experience.
    • Experience scanning cartons or working with outbound freight.
    • Familiarity with pallet wrapping standards and load stability.
    • Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
  • No experience required; will train.
  • General understanding of warehouse environments, order fulfillment, and basic safety protocols.
  • Awareness of safe lifting techniques, material handling, and general occupational safety guidelines.
  • Ability to count inventory, match numeric codes, and verify quantities accurately.
  • High accuracy in scanning barcodes, verifying labels, and stacking the correct packages for specific destinations.
  • Ability to learn and operate basic warehouse equipment, such as handheld RF scanners, tape guns, and manual pallet jacks.
  • Strong ability to maintain a steady, efficient pace in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
