Warehouse and Shipping Associate

Our client is looking for a Warehouse and Shipping Associate to join their family-owned, fast-growth company. They have a great culture in the manufacturing industry. Role Responsibilities: 

  • Load and unload trucks for LTL shipment. 
  • Pack up product according to instructions. 
  • Coordinate, schedule and package products for shipping small parcels. i.e. UPS/FedEx 
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw and plated products, shipping supplies, etc.  
  • Process requests from inventory; Items/Materials required for Production, etc. 
  • Provide the stamping department with all needed supplies.  
  • Use forklift as needed to transport and pick and place inventory items. 
  • Follow other duties assigned by management. 

Desired Traits: 

  • Must have a High School degree.  
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a good work history.
  • Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
  • The position requires this position to use a forklift for tasks.
  • Must pass Mechanical Comprehension testing in office.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have experience working with freight Companies, calling in trucks for pickup.
  • Work areas must be organized and neat.
