Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, integration, and reporting initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating business and technical teams, and ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong current experience or experience within the past three years  in Oracle Fusion Cloud, project/program management, application integrations and/or reporting, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
  • Define project scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance dashboards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
  • Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning where applicable.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Oracle Fusion Integration

  • Lead integration initiatives between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate integrations with applications such as Salesforce, SAP, JDE, ServiceNow, Coupa, banking applications, third-party systems, and data warehouses.
  • Manage integration requirements, architecture discussions, interface specifications, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
  • Work with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, middleware, and batch interfaces.
  • Track integration dependencies, failures, defects, and resolution plans.
  • Ensure appropriate monitoring and support processes are established for critical integrations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Manage Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Coordinate development and delivery of OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, dashboards, and operational reports.
  • Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
  • Coordinate data validation, report testing, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
  • Ensure reporting solutions provide accurate and timely business information.
  • Work with data/integration teams on reporting data flows and downstream systems.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, Oracle Fusion functional teams, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.
  • Conduct steering committee, project status, governance, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide clear communication on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Manage vendor and third-party partners involved in Oracle Fusion implementation and integrations.

Testing & Deployment

  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, integration testing, and production deployment activities.
  • Ensure test plans, test scenarios, defects, and business sign-offs are properly managed.
  • Coordinate cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Establish post-go-live support and transition plans.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in project/program management.
  • 4+ years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Experience in at least one or more Oracle Fusion modules such as:
    • Oracle Financials
    • Procurement
    • SCM
    • HCM
    • Projects
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations and enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations.
  • Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, and data interfaces.
  • Experience managing OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards, and reporting projects.
  • Strong experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
