Position Summary

The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role oversees daily production activities, maintains workplace organization, enforces company standards and procedures, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education
