Superior Fence & Rail, the largest fence company in the country, is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our team.
Pay & Schedule
  • $22-$25 per hour (based on experience)
  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime as needed
  • Full-time, year-round work
What You'll Be Doing
  • Pick and process fence orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operate a CNC router to fabricate vinyl fencing
  • Perform light carpentry and fence repair
  • Load outgoing materials and verify order accuracy
  • Move, organize, label, and store materials in the yard/shop
  • Operate a forklift (training/certification provided if needed)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Meet company safety, productivity, and quality standards
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
