Warehouse amp; Production Material Specialist

This is a full-time, year-round role. In this role, you will ensure that materials, supplies, and/or finished products are handled correctly, stored appropriately, and moved efficiently supporting Aster Brands’ team members.The work you do in this position has a direct impact on our production team. When materials are organized, accounted for, and delivered where they belong, our teams can spend more time building quality products and less time searching, waiting, or working around delays.
Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Transport materials from receiving/storage to production, staging areas or directly to team members
  • Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts and forktrucks) in a safe, efficient manner
  • Gather and assemble parts and components according to work orders or production schedules
  • Load outbound shipments; assist with packaging, labeling, and staging
  • Assist in count and records of inventory, support stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records
  • Keep storage areas, aisles, staging zones clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Report damaged or defective material, packaging, or equipment
  • Collaborate with production, shipping/receiving, and other teams to ensure smooth flow
  • May assist with general production support tasks or cross-train in related areas as needed

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent work-ethic, punctuality, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
  • Are flexible to meet changing requirement and needs of production
