Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join our apparel warehouse team. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately picking clothing and apparel orders, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to meet productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick apparel products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
  • Verify product styles, sizes, colors, and quantities for accuracy.
  • Pack clothing and apparel items according to company standards.
  • Fold, label, bag, box, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
  • Apply shipping labels and packing slips accurately.
  • Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or incorrect items before shipment.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when needed.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, or apparel experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately read and follow pick lists, packing slips, and order information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
