About the Role:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be an integral part of our warehouse team, responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support efficient warehouse operations. Your role will involve tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, inventory management, and assisting with shipping and receiving processes. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and update data in warehouse management systems or spreadsheets, including receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions.
  • Maintain organized records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with cycle counting, stock replenishment, and inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging items for delivery or pickup.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments, verifying contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspecting goods for damage or defects.
  • Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
