Industry: Manufacturing Location: United States (Preferred: Chicago / New York) Work Mode: Office/Warehouse Based Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Educational Qualification: Any About the Role SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to independently manage and expand the sales of stainless steel wire products across the United States. Based in the USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, handling end-to-end order processing, managing warehouse operations, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Drive and manage sales of stainless steel wire products across the USA market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new market opportunities and provide competitive market analysis. Handle negotiation and closing of deals independently.

Process sales orders, coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and logistics. Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels. Oversee daily operations at the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and market insights to management. Coordinate with international suppliers for shipments, pricing, and availability.

Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and operations, specifically in stainless steel wire products. Strong background in warehouse management and inventory control. Excellent knowledge of USA market dynamics, customer needs, and competition.

Existing relationships with clients in the steel/wire industry are highly desirable. Candidates with experience at Raj Ratna, NEVATIA Steel, Venus Wires, Viraj, or any reputed stainless steel wire mill in India or the USA will be given preference. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
