Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through order picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse organization. This position requires safe forklift operation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to remain on your feet and walk throughout the workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Operate a forklift safely and effectively to move inventory, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated locations
  • Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
  • Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to become certified
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
