Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to lead territory growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and champion industry-leading piping solutions across a dynamic market. The Regional Sales Manager role offers the opportunity to work with distributors, consulting engineers, municipalities, contractors, and end users while directly influencing business success and long-term customer value.

We have three (3) opportunities available to cover each of the following sales territories:

  • Tennessee

  • Ohio

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Monitor market trends, order patterns, backlog activity and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records through CRM tools.

  • Coordinate travel, customer meetings and territory priorities efficiently.

  • Support and mentor independent sales representatives where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Chemical preferred) or Business Administration/Marketing.

  • 5-7 years of progressive sales or sales leadership experience.

  • Waterworks, utility, infrastructure or related industry experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
