Job description

Warehouse Coordinator – Hoffman Estates, IL

$21–$22/Hour | Full-Time | Training Provided | Career Growth

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that will train you, teach you multiple areas of the business, and give you room to grow.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our distribution team. This isn't a job where you'll do the same thing every day. You'll learn how a busy warehouse operates from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and shipping.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receiving: Scan incoming products and prepare them for stocking.
  • Inventory: Perform inventory counts and help keep products organized and accurate.
  • Stocking: Replenish inventory and make sure products are where they need to be.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and stage products for customer orders.
  • Order Entry: Enter order changes and updates into the computer system.
  • Shipping: Prepare and ship packages through UPS and FedEx.
  • Quality Control: Double-check orders to make sure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
  • Warehouse Support: Jump in wherever the team needs help and learn different areas of the operation.

Why This Is a Great First Job

You don't need years of experience—we'll teach you.

This is an opportunity to build real-world skills while earning $20–$24/hour. You'll gain experience with inventory, computers, shipping, order processing, warehouse operations, and customer fulfillment—skills that can open doors to future opportunities.

Plus, you'll have the chance to learn different departments, figure out what you're good at, and move up within the company.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable and ready to learn
  • Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout the day
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed
  • Safety-conscious and dependable

If you're looking for more than just a paycheck and want a place where you can learn, gain experience, and build a career, we'd love to meet you.
