We have 16 locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Material Handler to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, verified, and shipped timely. While supporting general warehouse operations, this position has a strong focus on shipping responsibilities, including preparing orders to meet customer requirements and maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. This role requires a proactive team player who can effectively communicate, problem-solve, and contribute to a positive warehouse environment while delivering excellent customer service.
The pay range for this position is $19 to $21 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to operate a Forklift or other warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Experience utilizing RF scanners.
Responsibilities:
  • General warehousing duties include staging and receiving incoming shipments, picking customer orders, and shipping orders according to customer requirements.
  • Gain necessary knowledge to identify and utilize best way shipping methods to guarantee on time delivery and prevent damage.
  • Prepare customer shipments by packaging products securely and accurately to meet quality and customer standards.
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in their designated locations.
  • Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and warehouse storage areas.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.
