Job description

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining safety standards. This position involves working with general merchandise and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize stock accuracy and order processing. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, the associate is expected to work primarily during 1st or 2nd shifts with occasional overtime during peak seasons. Limited travel between warehouse locations may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
  • Operate forklifts including stand-up and high-reach models safely
  • Replenish stock to maintain adequate levels
