Job description

Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Shakopee, MN

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Position Type: 4-Month Contract with potential for conversion to full-time

Shift: Sunday: 3:30PM - finish (typically 10 hours)
Monday - Thursday: 4:30PM - finish (typically 8 hours)

What's the Job?

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Verify received products against receiving documentation to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves and prepare items for shipment.
  • Stock and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations to support efficient operations.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) to complete daily tasks in an automated environment.

  • Ability to read and understand English product descriptions, labels, and work instructions.
  • HS Diploma/GED Completion
  • Basic math skills required for inventory counts and order processing.
  • Basic computer skills preferred to operate warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent warehouse operations.
