Job Overview
Pace Transportation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, be comfortable with physical labor, and work effectively as part of a team.
Core Functions
  • Receive incoming products, verify quantities and conditions, and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Conduct quality checks on received products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Participate in the Annual Physical Inventory at the end of the year.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet productivity goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
