Our operation is based in Flint, MI, supporting General Motors across multiple warehouse operations focused on pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and material flow. We are looking for motivated leaders who enjoy developing employees, solving problems, and driving operational performance in a fast-paced environment.


Available Shifts

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM


What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates while creating a positive and accountable work environment
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, sequencing, and material flow activities
  • Coach employees on safety, quality, productivity, and performance expectations
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer service
  • Partner with management and support teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and customer standards
  • Assist with staffing, training, employee development, and workforce planning
  • Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customer representatives
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational performance


What We're Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, retail, military, or other fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities
