Job Summary

The Supervisor, Warehouse Operations oversees daily distribution activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of warehouse operations. This role directly supervises frontline associates, manages workflow, and addresses operational issues in real time. The position is responsible for translating plans into execution while reinforcing performance, safety, and quality standards.

Essential Job Functions*

  • Supervise daytoday warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
  • Assign work and balance labor to meet volume and service requirements.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance on the floor.
  • Coach and provide performance feedback to hourly associates.
  • Address operational issues, delays, and escalations during the shift.
  • Enforce safety policies and conduct safety observations.
  • Support onboarding, training, and crosstraining activities.
  • Ensure accurate system transactions and documentation.
  • Partner with inventory, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and standard work adherence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
