Reporting to the Associate Director, Aftermarket Parts & Service - LATAM, the Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping of parts to both domestic and international customers and distributors.

This Warehouse Operations Associate role also supports inventory management through cycle counts, system updates, and inventory adjustments within the designated ERP system. The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a key role in maintaining accurate records and proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes.

  • Location/Address: 3801 Commerce Parkway Miramar, FL 33025

  • Work Mode: Onsite Monday-Friday

  • Travel: minimal travel limited, up to 5%

  • Language: English and Spanish speaking/writing

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and control warehouse inventory by managing the movement of goods from receiving through storage and final shipment

  • Oversee unloading of shipments and proper storage of materials, ensuring optimal space utilization and accurate location tracking within the warehouse system

  • Fulfill orders by picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements

  • Ensure all materials are handled, stored, and transported with appropriate care and in compliance with safety standards

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner

  • Verify inventory accuracy by reconciling physical counts with system records and making necessary adjustments

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and inventory records within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD)

  • Execute inventory management activities, including:

    • Performing cycle counts and monitoring inventory levels

    • Processing inventory adjustments and substitutions as needed

    • Coordinating physical inventory during scheduled shutdown periods

    • Preparing and analyzing monthly inventory reports

  • Track and report key performance metrics, including maintaining daily operational data using Excel and other reporting tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience within a global manufacturing environment

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP with competency in inventory

  • Operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks is preferred

  • Experience working with internal stakeholders

  • Associate's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

  • Familiarity with generator products and related business operations preferred

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment, including prolonged standing and walking

  • Capability to lift and move materials up to 35 lbs

  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
