Location: New Berlin, WI | 2nd Shift: 11:00AM to 7:30PM, Monday-Friday Starting Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour PLUS $1 per hour shift premium. (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in making sure our customers receive the right product-on time and in great condition. Your main duties will include:
  • Order filling and packing using an RFQ scanner
  • Inspecting product for accuracy using bolt gauges
  • Supporting warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Learning and assisting with Receiving and Kitting as needed
  • Following all policies, safety guidelines, and warehouse procedures

You'll work with a dedicated team, stay busy all day, and have the chance to grow your knowledge across multiple warehouse areas.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who has exceptional communication skills and is able to take initiative to do the work required with minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order filling
  • Forklift experience required
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A self-starter who works well independently and with a team
