Employment Type: Full Time

Shift E: Mon - Fri (8am ~ 5pm)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
  • Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

Qualifications

  • Warehouse MHE experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
