2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Earth City, MO


Monday - Friday

Blue Harlan is proud to partner with a long-standing, stable wholesale distribution company to identify a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor for its Earth City, MO operation.


This leadership role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and shipped on time each evening. You'll lead a team of approximately 12-15 warehouse associates, oversee daily warehouse operations, and play a critical role in maintaining productivity, safety, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse associates during the 2nd shift
  • Oversee daily receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies
  • Monitor warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and damaged goods processes
  • Partner with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and product availability
  • Track key performance metrics and provide shift reporting
  • Train, coach, and develop employees while fostering accountability and teamwork
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels


Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or logistics environments
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); PKMS experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and enjoys developing teams
