Job description

Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air, has fifteen branch locations, 40 delivery vehicles, and more than 350,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.
Koch Air is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our St. Louis team. Our Warehouse Manager will manage warehouse team members and drivers while being responsible for our inbound and outbound product movement.
Responsibilities include:
  • Perform and lead team to complete duties per the Quality Management System, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Provide continual leadership and coaching to develop proficient and engaged team members. Create an environment of positivity, accountability, and ownership.
  • Organize inbound and outbound product movement to maximize accuracy and safety.
  • Supervise daily activity of warehouse team members, including support and coaching of team members in all aspects of warehouse safety to include compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Lead warehouse team to provide best in class customer service.

Minimum qualifications;
  • High school diploma with 3 years work experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry

This role has a schedule of Monday - Friday from 6AM - 3PM, with occasional after hours based on business needs.
