Job description

Overview As a Warehouse Manager , also known as an On-Site Manager , you'll get to manage an entire site within a customer's distribution center. You'll have the opportunity to build/maintain the relationship with the customer, manage all operations required, and ensure high employee satisfaction for your team!

What You'll Do

Manage all employees, both administrative and manufacturing, who may work multiple shifts, and can range in size from three to twenty-five employees Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site Train and develop associates, ensure they are following company policies, procedures, and standards Manage customer relationships for site Assist with the entire new hire process with dedicated Recruiter and Onboarding Team in HR Manages employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with Corporate HR team Analyze site data to make continuous improvements in operational excellence Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public Monitor each employee's performance and workload to ensure expectations are met Other duties as assigned What You'll Need Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred 5+ years of experience, preferably in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role Retail/service industry experience is ideal Proficient in use of MS Office products required Spanish is a plus in many locations Forklift Certification Required Must possess a valid driver's license to allow for travel, as required What We Offer Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay โ€“ Access to your earned wages before payday!
