  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, inventory availability, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Customer teams.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of logistics managers and regional leaders.
  • Create the long-term organizational strategy for supporting Zipline's growing global logistics footprint.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or distribution leadership roles.
  • Experience leading multi-site logistics or field operations organizations.
  • Proven ability to build teams and operating systems in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and operational problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers and external partners.
  • Demonstrated success driving cost, service, and operational performance improvements.
