Warehouse Laborer - Weekly Pay + Overtime
Immediate Openings | Full-Time Manufacturing Positions
We are hiring Warehouse Laborers for a large industrial manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to join a production environment with full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term career potential.
We are seeking dependable individuals who are motivated to work in a fast-paced industrial setting. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for all positions.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
  • Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
  • Support production, finishing, packaging, and material handling processes
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in an industrial environment
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, machine operation, or general labor experience is a plus
  • Experience working around industrial equipment is preferred but not required
