Job Description
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for performing standard manual and clerical work in the receipt, storage and issuance of various products and supplies within the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Wholesale Department. Duties typically combine warehousing manual labor tasks, related clerical duties and a general knowledge of supply procedures. Work is reviewed in progress and upon completion. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Prior purchasing and receiving work experience is required. Demonstrate efficient data entry and word processing skills utilizing Microsoft software programs are required. Must demonstrate mathematical ability and ability to understand accounting and purchasing procedures is required. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required and must be able to travel to all Seminole Reservations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
