Warehouse Laborer

3:00pm-11:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Warehouse Laborer for a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Warehouse Laborer Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Dismantle and remove warehouse racking systems using hand and power tools
  • Safely lower and organize metal beams, uprights, and shelving components
  • Load dismantled racking materials onto semi-trucks for shipment
  • Secure and stack materials properly to prevent damage during transport
  • Assist with staging, organizing, and palletizing materials
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Warehouse Laborer Requirements:

- Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred

- Experience using basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, impact tools) preferred

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Reliable attendance and punctuality required

- Must know how to drive a forklift required

- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds consistently throughout the shift

- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling

- Prolonged standing and walking

- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
