Job description

Warehouse / General Laborer


We are seeking reliable, hard-working General Labor and Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. In this role, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inspecting, sorting and palletizing product.


Shift Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming freight
  • Sort, stack and palletize products
  • Safely operate manual material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) to move stock across the facility.
  • Perform basic assembly, sorting, and packaging tasks according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to hit daily production


Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet daily shipping goals.
  • Consistent attendance and strong punctuality.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
