Job description

We currently have ONE Inventory/Purchasing Specialist position available. As an Inventory/Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for all the inventory aspects on site such as stock location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
  • Managing excess and aging stock.
  • Using inventory tracking system to maintain stock and reconcile inventory.
  • Issuing purchase orders to vendors.
  • Maintaining consignment inventory levels according to usage/need.
  • Coordinating shipments to the warehouse.
  • Tracking, locating, and labeling new inventory as it enters the warehouse.
